Preparation:
1 packet Togi Traditional Herbal Broth Spices . 1kg ribs or meat cut into preferred size . 2000ml water . 3 pieces whole garlic . 3 pieces mushroom . 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce . 2 teaspoons light soy sauce . salt according to taste

Penyediaan Memasak:
1 bungkus Togi Tradisional Rempah Sup Herba . 1kg daging dipotong ke saiz yang dikehendaki . 2000ml air . 3 biji bawang putih . 3 biji cendawan . 2 sudu kecil kicap pekat . 2 sudu kecil kicap cair . Garam secukup rasa

Cooking Method

  1. Pour 2000ml water to boil.
  2. Add in filter bag, all herbs and prepared ingredients into the boiling water.
  3. Bring to boil again and then boil at mid fire for 1 hour. Remove filter bag and serve hot.

Cara Memasak

  1. Didihkan 2000ml air.
  2. Masukkan bag penapis, semua herba dan penyediaan bahan ke dalam air didih.
  3. Didih semula, kemudian didih selama 1 jam dengan api sederhana. Keluarkan bag penapis dan sedia hidang.

Penyediaan
1 bungkus Togi Herba Rempah Ayam . 1kg daging ayam dipotong menjadi ketukan kecil . 2000ml air . Garam

Cooking Method

  1. In a large pot, pour 2000ml water to boil.
  2. Add in chicken or meat, Herbs Chicken Spices, Salt into the boiling water.
  3. Simmer for 1 hour then serve.

Cara Memasak

  1. Didihkan 2000ml air dalam periuk.
  2. Masukkan daging, Herba Rempah Ayam, Garam  ke dalam air didih.
  3. Panaskan api kecil selama 1 jam dan sedia untuk dihidang.

1 packet Togi of Emperor Chicken Herbs & Spices, 1 whole chicken (approximately 1.2kg), Plastic wrapper and aluminium foil (included inside pack)

Penyediaan memasak:
1 bungkus Campuran Ayam Maharaja, seekor ayam (anggaran 1.2kg), pembungkus plastic dan kertas aluminium (Tersedia di dalam pek)

Cooking Method

  1. Clean the whole chicken without head and feet, apply Emperor Chicken Herbs & Spices onto skin and the belly of the chicken.
  2. Wrap the chicken with plastic wrapper followed by the aluminium foil.
  3. Steam if for 2 hours over a low flame and serve with hot.
